From web development to system integration.

I work on integrations that connect business and educational systems across the organisation. My work includes analysing requirements, designing and implementing integrations, working with APIs and asynchronous message flows, testing, troubleshooting and monitoring existing solutions.

I have worked on integrations involving enterprise platforms and systems from Salesforce, Unit4, OCLC and One Identity, as well as OSIRIS. This work involves collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers, investigating issues and adapting integrations when systems or requirements change.

My role has also given me experience with modern integration approaches and Azure-based solutions, while keeping reliability, maintainability and operational support in mind.

I worked on websites and e-commerce solutions while also supporting SEO activities. The role involved direct communication with clients, understanding what they needed and translating those requirements into practical solutions.

This gave me early experience looking at software from both a technical and business perspective, and taught me the importance of building solutions that solve the actual problem behind a request.
